"When Northrop Grumman decided it needed to develop a
corporate campus in the Los Angeles area, we had very specific requirements in
terms of location and the type of facilities we wanted built. After conducting
an extensive search, we zeroed in on the Dominguez Technology Center and its
developer, The Carson Companies. It turned out to be an excellent decision. The
Carson Companies not only provided us with the 15-acre site in the
masterplanned Technology Center, but it designed and constructed our multiple
buildings to our specifications, as well as the amenities we needed such as an
employee cafeteria and state-of-the-art research and development facilities.
Although developed 15 years ago, the Northrop Grumman campus is still an
outstanding business and research environment."
