Trust and has been in business for nearly 100 years.
The Carson Companies is a

The bulk of the Company's
portfolio is ideally suited for corporations focused on supply chain
management. A high ratio of truck doors per square foot of building, large
truck courts, architecturally pleasing buildings and state-of-the-art features
are trademarks of The Carson Companies' buildings. These buildings are designed
for high volume throughput.
The Carson Companies
traces its roots back to the Dominguez family land grant awarded more than 250
years ago by the king of Spain. The original grant totaled 76,000 acres and
included most of Southern Los Angeles. With our deep roots in the South Bay, we
are involved in numerous civic and charitable activities that make the South
Bay area and its communities better places to live, work and play. Among the
far-reaching programs we sponsor are the Dominguez Brand Scholarships which are
awarded annually to outstanding students at Cal State Dominguez Hills who are
pursuing careers as teachers in ethnically diverse urban areas.
Additionally, we participate in and financially support such community and
business organizations as the Carson Chamber of Commerce, the South Bay
Economic Development Partnership, the National Association of Industrial and
Office Parks, the Urban Land Institute, the California University of Dominguez
Hills Foundation, and the Boys and Girls Club of Carson.
